Brandon was born and raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Brookville High School.  He then completed both his undergraduate and law degrees at The Ohio State University.  

Upon completing law school Brandon returned home to begin his legal career with the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office where he met his future wife Jeannine.  Brandon began his career in the Child Protection Unit advocating for the rights of abused and neglected children.  Since that time Brandon has been responsible for handling felony cases of all levels from drug offenses to crimes against children, sexual assault, and murder.  During his tenure as a felony prosecutor Brandon has successfully tried numerous cases including several homicides.  Brandon's experience with the criminal justice system has given him a unique perspective on the impact of crime on our community.  

Brandon currently prosecutes felony cases for the Miami County Prosecutor's Office and resides in Montgomery County with his wife Jeannine and their young son.
